We understand that mistakes are sometimes made when choosing colours or sizes, or if you receive your item/s are a not as keen on them as you had wished. If this is the case we will be happy to exchange your items that are returned unworn, unaltered with all labels intact in a resalable condition within 10 days of delivery. (At Christmas the 10 day period is extended to 7th January on Christmas gifts, not including made to order items.) When returning goods we recommend you obtain insurance as we will not be responsible for goods lost in transit. We would appreciate an email to let us know goods are being returned.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT refund on personalised items/Made to order items. We encourage our customers to be very descriptive in their communications concerning details of what they would like and to make certain their measurements are accurate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
