Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept Visa / Mastercard, most credit cards and debit cards but NOT DINERS OR AMEX.
Payment can also be made via Paypal, if you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay with a credit / debit card as a Paypal guest.
Please Note All Parcels will arrive in plain packaging from Sweet Nothings.
We only charge a small fee to dispatch your lingerie:
UK Parcels are sent First Class Recorded and Overseas parcels are sent International Signed for but please let us know if you need your lingerie for a specific date or it is a special occasion.
Please note that when shipping to locations outside of the UK the custome is responsible for all applicable duty or taxes mandated by your country if any. We are not responsible for postal delays.
When lingerie is in stock your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays) We will always send First Class Recorded Delivery and if there is likely to be a delay ( when an item is temporarily out of stock) we will inform you immediatly.
We understand that mistakes are sometimes made when choosing colours or sizes, or if you recieve your item/s and are not as keen on them as you had wished. If this is the case we will be happy to exchange your items or offer a credit note as we do not accept returns for refunds, aslong as they are returned unworn,unaltered with all labels intact in a resalable condition within 10 working days of delivery. (At Christmas the 10 day period is extended to the 7th of January on Christmas gifts)
When returning goods we reccomend you obtain delivery insurance as we will not be responisble for goods lost in transit.
We would also appreciate an email to let us know when goods are being returned.
