We accept Visa /mastercard, most credit and debit cards but NOT DINERS OR AMEX.
Cards are the preferred method of payment since it is convenient, secure, instant and assures faster shipping.

Please leave us contact details with your order. We DO NOT send junk mail, but may need to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
Shipping And Handling
We only charge a small fee UK ......£2.... This is for the complete order not per item.
Europe £5, USA £7
World Wide £9
UK parcels are usually sent out First Class and may be recorded. If you require Special Delivery this is £6 (£8 for special delivery on a Saturday) and please let us know if your order is urgent.
International Shipping
Please note that when shipping to locations outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for all applicable duty or taxes mandated by your country, if any. We are not responsible for postal delays.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Where goods are in stock your order will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) We try to send first class recorded where possible. If there is likely to be a delay in dispatch of more than 10 days ( when an item is temporarily out of stock ) we will email you to let you know so you have a chance to cancel your order if you wish.
RETURNS POLICY
REGULAR STOCK ITEMS.
We shall refund money paid for goods if they are returned unworn, unaltered with all labels intact in a resalable condition within 10 days of delivery. (At Christmas the 10 day period is extended to 7th January on Christmas gifts, not including made to order items.) When returning goods we recommend you obtain insurance as we will not be responsible for goods lost in transit. We would appreciate an email to let us know goods are being returned.
Monies will be refunded back onto the card used to make the purchase, usually on the day we receive them.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT refund on personalised items/Made to order items. We encourage our customers to be very descriptive in their communications concerning details of what they would like and to make certain their measurements are accurate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
